The Deflection Tactic

I regularly receive comments from my readers–some who strongly disagree with me. One comment I received earlier this week came from “Pam,” a follower of Brian Simmons–a NAR leader who has undertaken his own NAR translation of the Bible, called the Passion Translation.

I have learned that two other influential evangelicals are slated to appear at another New Apostolic Reformation event: musician Matt Redman and Bible teacher Francis Chan.

The Changing of the Apostolic Guard: 13 Names to Watch

I think we are witnessing a time of leadership transition in the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) movement. The first-generation NAR leaders–those who formulated the major teachings of the NAR movement–have begun stepping aside and a new generation of apostles and prophets have risen to take their places.

Naming Names

One of the criticisms I hear most is that it is wrong for me to “name names” of people who promote false teaching unless I first go to those teachers in private to address my concerns with them. But is this what the Bible really teaches?
