I have been suffering alot in my family due to my involvement with bible prophecy.  It's a long story that I won't get into here.  But, on a couple of occasions when I was really, really down and I cried out to God what is all this chaos in my life for and why are these people (family included) turning against me??  He answered me with a vision on two different occasions.  The first was a vision and the second was a dream.  They both involved a bridal gown.  The first vision I was pressing the wrinkles out of the dress with my hands.  The second vision came much later and the bridal gown had made much progress.  He is a good God.  God had compassion for me and He answered my prayer. :) Bless You! BEAUTIFUL...AND SOOOOO TRUE! Thank you for reminding me how READY we need to be!!! We CANNOT go about our lives - shopping, get togethers with friends, going out on the weekends, tv shows & running errands and fussing over all our duties here & there(and even WORRY-which we are not supposed to do by the way- about financial things, etc...)and everything else that we get caught up in that KEEPS US from drawing NEARER to Him...To where we put God on the back burner! HE MUST come first! I believe a lot of the thinggs here on earth are DISTRACTIONS... Even if you're not living in outright sin- you can easily get caught up in fashion, fancy cars, beauty, pride, 'caring what everyone else thinks about you and not so much what God thinks about you'... etc. People should spend more time wondering what they're doing that makes HIM happy and what they're doing that GOD would not like them doing and that upsets HIM and stopping doing it! ... Because it says in the Bible 'Every hidden thing will be brought to light' This includes pornography and sodomy that even married people do in their rooms...It says to keep the marriage bed pure and undefiled! I just felt I should include this because I feel sadly the devil has convinced people IF they are being faithful to their spouse, they can get as 'nasty' as they want... But Gods Word clearly says we are to be pure in ALL conduct. You should add my email to your updates or whatever... I would really like to read more of your blogs like this one!
